2. Personal data processed

The following categories of data may be processed in connection with the website and shopping services:

Name, surname and account information; telephone number, email address, billing and delivery addresses; order, product, payment confirmation, delivery and return records; requests, complaints and customer-service correspondence; IP address, device and browser information, security logs and cookie preferences.

Full card details are processed within the payment provider’s secure infrastructure. Yağevi receives only the payment and transaction-result records needed to complete the transaction.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Personal data is processed to manage accounts and orders, complete payment and delivery, respond to customer requests, fulfil accounting and legal obligations, prevent fraud and protect website security.
